    Following Brexit will I need to pay additional duties and taxes?

    For our EU customers, all duties and taxes are included in the price you see on the website. There are no extra charges at checkout, and no additional charges on receipt of your order. 

  • Promotion Codes

    Why is my promotion code not working?

    Promotion codes are not valid on sale items or other discounted items. Only one promotion code can be used per order. 

  • Shipping

    How long does shipping take?

    Most deliveries within the UK take 2-5 working days. We send all of our international orders via DHL Express (1-4 working days). 

     

    When will my order be dispatched?

    Provided that you place your order before 1530 GMT (Monday-Friday), we will aim to dispatch it that same day. In exceptional circumstances, and for orders placed after 1530 GMT your order will be dispatched the next working day. 

     

    How much do you charge for postage?

    Do you ship to British Forces Posted Overseas?

    Yes, simply provide your British Forces Posted Overseas (BFPO) address in your account details.

     

    The tracking shows my order as being delivered, but I haven't received it?

    Before contacting us please make sure you've done the following:
    - Check with others in your household or your immediate neighbours, as they may have accepted this on your behalf if you were not in at the time of delivery.
    - Take a look around your property in any sheds, outbuildings or safe places where the postman or courier may have left your parcel for you.

    If you still can’t find your parcel please contact us with your order information. Please note, we will not be liable for a lost or missing order where Royal Mail or DHL tracking verifies that it has been delivered.

  • Returns

    What is your returns policy?

    We absolutely love our kit and we don't want anyone to keep an Iffley Road garment if they don't really want it. So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund or exchange, provided it is within 45 days of receipt of your order, in the original packaging and unworn.

     

    I do not like the product I ordered, what should I do?

    Provided your garment is within 45 days of receipt of your order and unworn, you can still return the garment to us.

     

    How do I return a product (UK customers)?

    Click here to register your return and print your personalised label. This is a free service. Once you've prepared and labelled your return, simply drop it off at your local Post Office. Please make a note of your tracking number from the label before returning your item.

     

    How do I return a product (international customers)? 

    For international (non-UK) returns click here click here to register your return and print your personalised label. Please note we do not offer free international returns. Make a note of your tracking number from the label before returning your item. 

     

    How do I return an item purchased as part of an offer? 

    Should you wish to return an item that is part of an offer the following conditions apply:

    For products bought as part of a bundle (if returned separately), you will be charged full price for the item that you keep. For example if you return a Cambrian t-shirt purchased as part of the “2 for £100 bundle" you will be charged £68 for the Cambrian that you keep and refunded £32.

    For offers involving a complimentary item we ask that you return the complimentary item. For example if you purchased a pair of shorts with a complimentary cap and wish to return the shorts, you should also return the cap.

     

    Can I return items bought with a gift card? 

    Yes. Your right to return an item is exactly the same regardless of whether you bought it with a gift card, a payment card, or a combination of the two.

    If you paid for your whole order with a gift card, your order will be refunded onto the original payment gift card. If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, we'll refund anything you paid for with your gift card first, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed onto your original payment card.

     

    Can I return items bought with rewards points for a refund? 

    If you paid for your whole order with rewards points, we will credit your account with the relevant amount of rewards pointsIf you paid with a combination of payment card and rewards points, we'll refund anything you paid for with your rewards points first, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed onto your original payment card.

  • Repairs

    Can my Iffley Road kit be repaired?

    If you have an item of Iffley Road kit which is in need of a repair please send us the following information to: customerservice@iffleyroad.com

    • A clear photo of the area needing repair
    • Your order number and the product in question
    • Your full name

    Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

  • Products

    Where are your products made?

    The majority of our kit is made in Portugal and the UK, and buy almost all our fabrics from Europe. Rest assured that your Iffley Road kit won’t have clocked up more miles than you’ll run in it! 

     

    Does Iffley Road kit shrink when washed?

    Provided that you follow the washing instructions on the garment label, none of our kit should shrink when washed.

     

    Does your waterproof kit retain its waterproofing quality over time?

    Yes, our Marlow and Sheen jackets all retain their waterproofing qualities over time. Please ensure that you follow the washing instructions supplied on the relevant product pages.

     

    Is Iffley Road stocked in any physical stores?

    A range of Iffley Road products are stocked in Harrods, London. Please see our Stockists page for more information.

     

    How do I know if you will get a sold out item back in stock?

    When you select such an item a “Notify Me When in Stock” message will appear. You can sign up for an email to be advised when the product is back in stock.

  • Sizing

    I am not sure which size to order?

    There are individual Size Guides on all product pages. These can be found just above the list of sizes available. If you are still unsure, please email us at customerservice@iffleyroad.com and we will advise you accordingly.

     

    Is Iffley Road kit made to fit standard sizing?

    Yes, our kit is fit to conventional sizing. For example if you have a chest size 40 inches you will be Large. If you have a waist size 34, you will be Medium.

     

    I’m looking for running shorts – which style should I choose?

    Brighton are our most versatile shorts, with are relatively relaxed cut they are suitable for most body shapes; Hampton shorts are for the taller runner; Pembroke shorts are for the more slight runner. Chester compression shorts offer excellent support and protection to the upper leg muscles, and are therefore perfect for colder weather running or gym workouts.
