1. OUR COOKIES POLICY

Like most websites we use cookies to make our site work properly. We strive to keep their use to a minimum.

    2. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHAT DO WE USE THEM FOR

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

There are two main kinds of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted from your computer when you close your browser, whereas persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until deleted, or until they reach their expiry date.

Broadly speaking companies use cookies for personalising content, analytics, and ads/marketing.

    Personalising content

Cookies help personalize your experience on our website. Typical examples include recommending products you may like and remembering the currency you prefer to pay in.  These cookies are listed under Preferences in our cookie list below.

    Analytics

We also use cookies to analyse the performance of our website. To do this we use a package called Google Analytics, and this means Google also have the right to store and use our cookie data. Google’s privacy policy can be viewed at www.google.com/privacypolicy.html

Such cookies are listed in the statistics section of our cookie list.

Our website also sometimes uses Mouseflow: a website analytics tool that provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, form analytics, feedback campaigns, and similar features/functionality. Mouseflow may record your clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, form fills (keystrokes) in non-excluded fields, pages visited and content, time on site, browser, operating system, device type (desktop/tablet/phone), screen resolution, visitor type (first time/returning), referrer, anonymized IP address, location (city/country), language, and similar meta data. Mouseflow does not collect any information on pages where it is not installed, nor does it track or collect information outside your web browser. If you'd like to opt-out, you can do so at https://mouseflow.com/opt-out. If you'd like to obtain a copy of your data, make a correction, or have it erased, please contact us first or, as a secondary option, contact Mouseflow at privacy@mouseflow.com.
