We want you to be absolutely delighted with your whole experience of shopping at Iffley Road. This includes providing clear guidance on sizing and fit; a simple ordering process; speedy delivery; a memorable unwrapping experience; and beautiful technical kit itself.
We aim to answer your enquiries as helpfully and speedily as possible, normally within a few hours of receiving them (provided you are not in a different time zone).
We allow you 90 days to decide whether they wish to return or exchange their kit (provided it is unworn and in good condition).

We want you to be thrilled with your kit in terms of how it performs, looks and how well it washes (retains shape and colour) in the long term.
For this reason we spend a lot of time scouring the world for the best fabrics for our running kit. We look for European fabrics that feel wonderful to the touch and are highly technical – without necessarily looking overtly technical. As long time runners we consider every detail when designing our running kit.
All our fabric is made in European mills and our factory is in Portugal.
Refunds & Returns
We absolutely love our kit and we don’t want anyone to keep an Iffley Road garment if they don’t really want it. So if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund or exchange provided it is within 90 days of receipt of our order and unworn.
Once we have received your kit back, we will process your return as quickly as possible (normally the day we receive it). You will receive a final refund confirmation email from us.
We pay careful attention to delivering your kit in the best possible way. We offer the choice of an Iffley Road cloth shoe bag (which fits a pair of trainers) or a beautiful white Iffley Road box.
We strive to reply to your emails within a few hours of receiving them (unless you are in a different time zone) 7 days a week. It is also worth taking a quick look at our FAQs in order to receive an even quicker reply to your question.
We are delighted to receive feedback and suggestions either directly in email form or alternatively via Feefo, who will contact you a few weeks after your purchase. We display all Feefo feedback on our Product pages and Service page.
