    How do I share my code?

    Copy your code into an email and send it to your friends, or share it via social media using the social buttons at the bottom of your share page.

     

    Is there a limit to the number of friends I can share my code with?

    No, you are free to share it with as many friends as you like.

     

    Do I still get a £20 voucher if my friend returns their purchase?

    If your friend returns their purchase you will not receive a voucher. However if they exchange their purchase, you will still receive your £20 voucher.

     

    When will I receive my voucher?

    You will receive your voucher 30 days after each friend’s purchase. This is to allow your friend time to return their purchase if they wish. 

     

    How long is my £20 voucher valid for?

    6 months from the date of issue.

     

    Is there a minimum spend?

    There is no minimum spend.

    No, it will automatically be applied at checkout.

     

    Is there a minimum spend?

    Yes, there is a minimum spend of £45 to receive 15% off your order.

     

  • Shipping

    How long does shipping take?

    Most deliveries within the UK take no more than 4 working days. Outside the UK deliveries normally take around 7-14 days. If you are in a hurry for your garment, please consider choosing our Express Courier service at checkout.

     

    When will my order be dispatched?

    Provided that you place your order before 1500 GMT (1100 GMT on Saturday), we will aim to dispatch it that same day. In exceptional circumstances, and for orders placed after 1500 (1100 GMT on Saturday), your order will be dispatched the next working day.

    Do you offer a Courier service?

    We offer an Express Courier 2-3 working day service. We typically use TNT or UPS as our Courier service. Please see our Shipping Information page to find out more.

     

    Do you ship to British Forces Posted Overseas?

    Yes, simply provide your British Forces Posted Overseas (BFPO) address in your account details.

  • Returns

    What is your returns policy?

    We absolutely love our kit and we don't want anyone to keep an Iffley Road garment if they don't really want it.  So if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund or exchange, provided it is within 90 days of receipt of your order, in the original packaging and unworn. Once we have received your goods and processed the refund, you will receive a final refund confirmation email.

     

    I do not like the product I ordered, what should I do?

    Provided your garment is within 90 days of receipt of your order and unworn, you can still return the garment to us.

     

    How do I return a product (UK customers)?

    Please print our prepaid Royal Mail label and apply it to your package. We recommend that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" receipt and retain this until you receive your refund. Please email us at customerservice@iffleyroad.com to inform us that you are returning an item.

     

    How do I return a product (international customers)? 

    For international (non-UK) returns please print our returns label and apply it to your package. You will need to pay the appropriate postage. We recommend that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" receipt and retain this until you receive your refund. Please email us at customerservice@iffleyroad.com to inform us that you are returning an item.

     

    How do I return an item purchased as part of an offer? 

    Should you wish to return an item that is part of an offer the following conditions apply:

    For products bought as part of a bundle (if returned separately), you will be charged full price for the item that you keep. For example if you return a Cambrian t-shirt purchased as part of the “2 for £100 bundle" you will be charged £68 for the Cambrian that you keep and refunded £32.

    For offers involving a complimentary item we ask that you return the complimentary item. For example if you purchased a pair of shorts with a complimentary cap and wish to return the shorts, you should also return the cap.

  • Repairs

    Can my Iffley Road kit be repaired?

    If you have an item of Iffley Road kit which is in need of a repair please send us the following information to: customerservice@iffleyroad.com

    • A clear photo of the area needing repair
    • Your order number and the product in question
    • Your full name

    Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.

  • Products

    Where are your products made?

    The vast majority of our kit is made in Portugal. Our merino base layers and beanies are both made in England.

     

    Does Iffley Road kit shrink when washed?

    Provided that you follow the washing instructions on the garment label, none of our kit should shrink when washed.

     

    Does your waterproof kit retain its waterproofing quality over time?

    Yes, our MarlowRichmond and Sheen jackets all retain their waterproofing qualities over time.

     

    Do Iffley Road shorts fit an iPhone?

    Our Brighton shorts have a generous secure, zipped inner pocket on the right hip which fits most standard smartphones. Our Chester compression shorts have a secure and accessible smartphone pocket on the right leg.

    Is Iffley Road stocked in any physical stores?

    A range of Iffley Road products are stocked at The Sports Edit in Fulham, London as well as at The Practical Man in Melbourne, Australia. Please see our Stockists page for more information.

    How do I know if you will get a sold out item back in stock?

    When you select such an item a “Notify Me When in Stock” message will appear. You can sign up for an email to be advised when the product is back in stock.

  • Sizing

    I am not sure which size to order?

    There are individual Size Guides on all product pages. These can be found just above the list of sizes available. If you are still unsure, please email us at customerservice@iffleyroad.com and we will advise you accordingly.

     

    Is Iffley Road kit made to fit standard sizing?

    Yes, our kit is fit to conventional sizing. For example if you have a chest size 40 inches you will be Large. If you have a waist size 34, you will be Medium.

     

    I’m looking for running shorts – which style should I choose?

    Brighton are our most versatile shorts, with are relatively relaxed cut they are suitable for most body shapes; Hampton shorts are for the taller runner; Pembroke shorts are for the more slight runner. Chester compression shorts offer excellent support and protection to the upper leg muscles, and are therefore perfect for colder weather running or gym workouts.     How do I add items to my Wish List?
    Our Wish List provides a handy way to keep a note of kit you may be interested in. That way when it comes to Christmas, your birthday or any suitable occasion you can easily share it with your friends. Alternatively, use it as a reminder to yourself of all those running treats you've been promising yourself for that next big race or PB!

    The easiest way is to click on the "Star" button situated next to "Add to Cart" on all product pages.

     

    How do I see what's in my Wish List?

    Click on the Wish List link on the website header to view the contents of your Wish List. From here you can also clear and share your Wish List.

     

    How do I share my Wish List?

    Click on the Wish List link on the website header and then click on one of the share icons. You can share the list by email or via social media.

     

    Can I save my Wish List?

    Yes. If you have an account with us and are logged into that account your wish list is automatically saved.  If you are browsing the website as a guest your items stay in your Wish List until you leave.  To save it you first have to set up an Iffley Road account. Click here to create one.
