Returns of full price items
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for refund or exchange, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and unworn.
Please contact customerservice@iffleyroad.com, letting us know your order number and reason for return. We will provide a "Freepost" link.
Returns of sale items
Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items.
It may be possible, depending on stock levels, to offer exchanges. Please contact customerservice@iffleyroad.com. Please make a note of your tracking number from the label before returning your item for exchange.
