As lifelong runners we know what works in a training log. As well as recording standard run data such as distance, time and pace we include effort and enjoyment levels. Keeping such a log helps you monitor, anaylse and adapt your training. You can review the training regime you followed in the run up to your best races. You can assess how your body reacts to different weekly mileages and the effect of rest/easy periods. The log also contains race record sheets and comprehensive metric and imperial pace charts. We include pace in both mph / kph and minute miles / minute km to cover both road and treadmill.
